Kehkashan operates as a worldwide agricultural commodity trader. The Site does not constitute a binding offer to sell.

You agree to provide accurate identifying information and use the Site only for lawful purposes connected to your business.
4. Samples and indicative pricing
Samples are representative. Indicative pricing is subject to change until a proforma invoice issues.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site is owned by Kehkashan International L.L.C-FZ or licensed to it.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an «as-is» and «as-available» basis.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for direct damages arising from the Site shall not exceed USD 1,000.
8. Governing law and dispute resolution
Governed by UAE law. Disputes referred to DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre, seat Dubai, language English.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where you breach Terms or sanctions screening identifies a flag.
